Tamesue research group is a menber of supramolecular chemistry laboratories in Utsunomiya University.
In our human bodies, biomaterials constantly change and express functions originated from various molecular recognitions and polymeric structures. Our research group aims to develop materials expressing functions of these biomaterials. Moreover, we are challenging to create materials having functions superior to those of biomaterials. In order to achieve these research purposes, we are utilizing various polymeric structures and supramolecular interactions working between polymer chains. Also, we are challenging to create novel materials using a wide range of materials including organic/inorganic compounds.
